with you guys, TJ and Sam. It's a pleasure as always. Yeah, well, we're excited to have you. You know, today we're going to talk about something that is really important to you. You know, failing to prepare is preparing to fail. You know, things just don't go well when you don't have a good plan. And many of us are in season right now.

Some of us are down to the last week or two of the season. Some have a month left. But one thing is for certain. At this point in this season, there's a lot of people that aren't really satisfied, whether it's a parent, whether it's a player or coach, like things didn't go the way that you wanted them to go. And some of us are satisfied, but wish that it would go better, wish that we could enhance it and make it better. But what we have to do in order to make that happen is we have to make sure that we have a good plan going into the offseason. The off season is shorter than you think. You know, when it comes around, you got a couple months. And that's your opportunity to be a better player.

So we're going to talk about what you need to do. And you can't start thinking about this, you know, eight weeks from now, 10 weeks from it's going to be too late. You've got to have a plan or you're going to lose time to be able to close that gap on where you want to be next year, whether it's as a player or as a coach.
