And Cecil, kind of interesting today, Biden proposed his new budget, $6 trillion budget,

and it is an unbelievably, I think it's an unbelievably ambitious budget.

I was reading a Times article about this just this afternoon and taking a look at some of

the proposed items that are a part of the $6 trillion budget.

And it's not going to hit everybody's wish list.

Let me put that out there.

Like it's not going to solve every problem.

It is not a progressive panacea by any stretch of the imagination.

But I will say, I've become so incredibly jaded to the notion of progress over the course

of the last 16 years.
