around for a while, you know my story, right? So I'm going to put it out there. I am not an expert in this area. I am not like any kind of fitness guru. I am not super fit. I am not skinny. I'm not any of those things. I am a curvy girl. I'm a girl who has gained and lost the same 15, 20 pounds, her whole damn life.

I've been on Weight Watchers a thousand times. I have been on Jenny Craig a thousand times.

I have done keto. I have done low carb. I've done everything. I have done so much psychological

damage to myself from going on and off a diet, from hating my body, from being

okay with my body, from obsessing over food, obsessing over working out or not working out.

And I got to a point a couple of years ago where I was just done.

And I was looking for something to get into, something to kind of motivate me, something to, I thought, changed my body, which it did, but at the time I was really, I thought I was looking for a change to my body. I thought I was looking for like just a workout program. And I got so much more out of it. And that was SoulCycle. And again, if you followed me for a while, you know all about my journey.
