national cross-country championships at the weekend and we look forward to the USA Olympic trials this

Saturday in Atlanta.

How are you, more importantly, spent the weekend together, so how are you? Oh good, how are you more importantly?

Oh, I feel really sad because I'm missing everyone.

I had such a great weekend.

So sorry all the people that didn't make it, but you missed a belter of a weekend

We did have a great weekend. I was a bit worried about the weather because of course

it was awful. So we've just come back from Run Camp in the Peak District and last year

we had the most amazing weather for Run camp. It was incredible. And this year of course

it's been storm after storm after storm. So we roll up thinking this is not good. You know I was worried. Oh no maybe they're going to cancel Bakewell Park run. You know and thankfully the event team there you know Lottie Bradford the event director I think for the day

Lottie and her husband Carl were absolutely brilliant the whole team at Bakewell Park Run I know were brilliant

and the team in the Hasup Cafe for you know letting us kind of invade afterwards it's a busy old place afterwards so that was on and then I thought
