That big trade. What would the big trade be? That voice was Aaron Gleeman of NBCSports.com. I'm John Bonus of Twinsdaily.com. The big trade. Trade deadline is this week. I guess we should do just a quick review of where the twins week. Twins three three and three this week good week for the twins

are about what we've been saying literally every it seems like every week since the end of

april yeah 500 every week so this is an odd one in that they swept to get to 500 for the week

it couldn't look more brutal come Thursday afternoon and it could or come Wednesday night because

they got swept by the white socks and then they go out and sweep the Cleveland Indians, which is kind of nice to see. They also climbed over the Kansas Sea Royals. They're no longer in last place in the A.L. Central or even in the American League. Yeah. Another positive thing. Bravo. They successfully managed to get Trevor Plouf on the eight-day D.L. We can talk about that a little bit later about that strategy.

You know, things are going well, and we're probably not even going to complain about that all that much,

because it takes a backseat to complaining about other stuff.

But the outstanding, or the biggest move of the week has to be that about 9 o'clock last night,

the word came down from the Chicago White Sox that they had acquired pitcher francisco liriana from the minnesota

twins for a couple of minor league prospects the big trade that we've been waiting for to come down

for the last i'd say two months yeah finally came down and our reaction was swift and merciless

well yeah mine was just sort of meh. But, yeah,
