We saw some military posturing from both sides, Enz, ahead of these talks. What are the leaders saying now?

Hey, Laura, yeah, a big day of diplomacy here in Geneva as the U.S. held talks on both Iran and Ukraine.

When it comes to Iran, we know those talks went on for about three and a half hours. They did wrap.

We saw the U.S. and Iranian delegations leaving a few hours ago. Things got a bit

heated. There were protesters on the scene yelling at the Americans questioning, why are you

negotiating with terrorists? We know that it was the president-son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and the

special envoy Steve Whitkoff, that were leading the U.S. delegation on the Iranian side.

It was the Iranian foreign minister. And interestingly, as these talks were underway, we did get

some quite defiant language from Iran's supreme leader. So I'll just read you a couple of quotes.

He said, the U.S. President keeps saying that they have the strongest military force in the world,

the strongest military force in the world, may at times he struck so hard that it cannot get up again.

He went on to say the Americans constantly say that they've sent a warship toward Iran, so of course referring to the second aircraft carrier that's on its way.

Of course, a warship is a dangerous piece of military hardware.

However, more dangerous than that warship is the weapon that can send that warship to the bottom of the sea. And in terms of, you know, what was actually said during the talk, so there's still a lot we don't know, but we did get comments from both the Iranian side and from the U.S. side that would seem to indicate that progress has been made. So I'll read you with a U.S. official told MS now, he said

progress was made, but there are still a lot of details to discuss. The Iranians said they would

come back in the next two weeks with detailed proposals to address some of our open, some of the

open gaps in our positions. The Iranians did suggest that there could be a third round of

negotiations on the way.

This is the primal scream of a dying regime.

Pray for our enemies, because we're going to medieval on these people.
