I just wanted to take a quick moment to thank you guys so much for the outpouring of support for 3 of 7 project and for the podcast.

We are completely blown away by the support and encouragement that you guys have shown over the last week or so

and we are just so thankful for you and we are so excited about the future of three of seven

and what it's going to deliver in the coming months and years.

So thank you guys so much.

Obviously, we wouldn't have anything without you all.

The episode that we have here today with J.D. Malone is very special to Blake and I.

J.D. is a friend of ours.

And this is actually one of the first episodes that we recorded and probably still one of my favorites.

So, JD's got a lot to offer.

He's very well respected in our community here. And he has endured quite a bit of adversity through his life and has still managed to nourish,

maintain, and find a balance between his body, soul, and spirit. Here it is, guys, J.D. Malone.

i think you may have way overstepped me i'm just i'm just a guy but um i appreciate that i

appreciate that well and that's that's the thing jd it's the same the same deal with me you know it's um

when it's just your life man you it's hard to it's hard to put a tremendous amount of value

in those experiences and those things that you've made it through you know for me going

through seal training people look at that as being through, you know, for me going through seal training, people look

at that as being some huge, you know, deal. But for me, man, it was just my life. And if I didn't

know that other people wanted to hear about it, I probably wouldn't ever even talk about it.

I'm going to tell you right now. I'm going to interrupt you. I've told your story way more than you could possibly even imagine.
