But the question is this, how are you dealing when you have very bad news and food is your escape?

So I'm assuming what, you know, the actual question is how do you deal with that?

When you have bad news or something goes wrong and food has been your go to escape,

what do you do?

Like, because you're trying to lose weight, you can't just turn to food every time you're sad

because sometimes, well, life sucks sometimes.

And sometimes life has a way of keeping us down in the dumps for more than a

couple of days, you know, because if you're just sad and you have a bad day and you have a little bit more than you eat in one lunch and that's like the only time it happens in a month, you're probably going to be fine. You're, you know, it's not going to be a big deal. Now, I'm not saying can go crazy and have 4,000 calories, but, you know, you go over your calorie limit by a couple of days or end up eating manse, it'll be fine.

But if you're doing this like every couple of days, that's a problem.
