It's been 10 years since the show began and a lot has changed on the show and in the world.

But by elevating the voices of others, we have learned we are not alone and we are doing a good job.

Woo! I guess it's a city call in Chicago again. I don't know if you remember, but last year about

this time, my wife told me that she didn't think she wanted to be married to me anymore.

And then I checked in in August when she moved out and so I thought it was time for an update,

because I mean, I'm not going to talk about my kids because that's not the point of this

check-in, but it's not the point of the show. It's been three-year-old, so like after all of that

extreme newborn pandemic burnout, I am now living my best life. I am dating a flight attendant

and she does a great job of just acting someplace for me that's just completely separated from

my reality of parenting. And I'm also dating this tattoo motorcycle chick, and she is always

giving me these like new life experiences, and it's so fun and exciting. And I'm also dating my,

I call her my mom-friend with benefits, but we're actually a lot closer than that, and it's so

wonderful to be dating somebody else. She's a mom who like gets it, and she was saying, she had this

great phrase that it's the adolescence of my motherhood. My kids are finally old and rough,

and the world is finally in a different enough place where I have the opportunity to be a self

again, and to explore those things that I was too responsible to do when I was actually an

adolescent, but now that I'm in my 40s and I hang out with safer, responsible people, I can do that.

So anyway, I wanted to let you know that on Tuesday I got my first tattoo. Isn't that
