It's been 10 years since the show began and a lot has changed on the show and in the world.

But by elevating the voices of others, we have learned we are not alone and we are doing a good job.

This is a check-in. So I have a three year old and a seven week old.

And last night, I sat on a week old, only woke up one time at night for the first time.

And it was amazing because I got to sleep for some like two hours of the stretch.

And of course, my silly, silly, goddled mind still woke up.

Because I thought I heard her waking up and I got all the way to her door already to go in and

feed her. I don't know if she was still asleep, but I could go back to sleep.

But anyway, that's what's going on over here. We're horse survivors and I know that you are

surviving too. You're doing a great job. Thank you for telling me you're doing a great job.

Everybody else, you're doing a great job. And especially my little one is doing a great job

getting me some sleep. All right. Have a great day. Thank you for the show.

getting some sleep. That's amazing. You are living in a lot right now. And that like

only waking up once, that is a little miracle. And I think it's amazing that you only woke up

once thinking you heard your child. Good job. I still wake up in the middle of the night.
