| 1:32.0 | You may think you are, but I'm going to change your mind, so give me a few |
| 1:36.0 | minutes here. There are a lot of different ways that you could define yourself, right? We have all kinds of roles in our little universes and we are different things to different people in our lives. |
| 1:49.0 | You may be a sister, you may be a mother, you may be a coworker, you may be a wife, you may be a partner. |
| 1:57.1 | You are a woman or man in the world and despite all the different things that you have done and that you're capable of, and all the things you bring to life, you are in the habit of defining yourself by the number on the scale. |
| 2:16.0 | Now even worse for women, we are all taught to define ourselves with a big emphasis on how we look on our appearance. |
