Hey everybody, welcome to all have another podcast with Lindsay Hein.

I'm your host Lindsay, so excited to bring you an extra series.

So for the next four weeks, including this week, we are bringing on high school coaches,

cross-country and track coaches. We've done coaching series in the past with

college and professional coaches and I thought let's start with the high school coaches.

So much development happens there and that relationship is so important.

As you may have heard, Brian Rosetti, the founder of V.O.2 talk about in last weeks,

Tuesday episode and today I'm excited to bring my friend Chris Turner on the show.

I met Chris through the Donna Foundation. The Donna Foundation is an organization that

helps people that who are walking through a breast cancer diagnosis both financially and through

their care line. They are doing amazing work and if you've heard me talk about the Donna Marathon

weekend, that all goes hand in hand with the Donna Foundation. So anyway, Chris is on the board

of the Donna Foundation. He's also on the girls on the run board in Tallahassee

and the Tallahassee Symphony Board. He volunteers with big brothers, big sisters.

Still, I run. He has run four out of the six major marathons. He's just missing Tokyo in Berlin.

He's a run Disney Galloway Pacer, a recovering sprinter taking a break from triathlon.

Might be into the marathon these days. He works for AARP in Florida, doing community outreach

and why we are talking to him today. He is the assistant coach at Lincoln High School for the

cross country team in Tallahassee, Florida. And there's a lot that we cover in this episode and

I'm so excited to bring Chris on as one of our first high school coaches in this series.
