This week on One Bad Mother, the puppetry of Parentane, I talk with puppeteer David

Desaro about new babies and a representation in the felt. Plus, Biz masks her fears.

This is a check-in. I forgot to wheel. I'm sorry. So I guess that's the probably the only

terrible part about this morning. I narrowly avoided a series of unfortunate events that

looks like just, you know, every day getting stuff done that to non-parents would be easy,

but the parent is almost impossible. So two kids, four months old, three years old.

Four months old has his four month well visit today and the three year old was due for her third

COVID shot and I got them to do the appointment at the same time but the appointment wasn't until 10.

And so my rock star idea was we went, this is going to sound that shitting thing,

but we went to the dentist. I know because the dentist has a waiting area with an entire

like plate area and a slide and I paid too much to use this dentist but they flat out.

Come even when you don't have an appointment. So your kids get comfortable here and you know what he

was. We went and we played for 20 minutes on the slide and they were showing a busy movie in the

theater and she loved that and then they free coffee which again because I'm paying too much

in a co-payment like it's probably not actually free but you know today it's probably free coffee

and the four months old was fine well the three year old ran around and then without seeing the

dentist we left and we went to the doctor's appointment and baby boy was fine and tell her girl was

fine and everybody got pinched medicine today and of course baby boy screamed and tell the girl
