And if I sounded nervous on this episode, it's because I was.

I had the great privilege of chatting with NBA legend, basketball legend, an outspoken voice in the medical

freedom community, John Stockton. If you're a basketball fan like myself, you'll understand why

this episode was such a big deal for me. I've been so lucky and so privileged to talk to so many

people that I couldn't imagine

ever getting on this podcast when I first started in 2013. And like I always say, the show has

become a perfect example of the ripple effect we can all create and how just getting your feet

wet, just dipping your toe into the water and

not being afraid to be outspoken of failing, be organic, be yourself, and to do something

and chase something. Even when everybody else is asking you why you're wasting your time,

you ignore the doubters and continue to pursue what is fulfilling

and brings you happiness.

And when you do that, hard work and luck does cross paths.

And way before having the opportunity to talk to so many amazing and inspiring people on my
