Summary

Our way of life that has become routine and ordinary is one of the biggest contributors to our societal degradation. The only way to fix this issue is for each of us to act, and that starts with setting the example. In this episode I sat down with Jason and Iris Gardner, and they exemplify such an example. Very raw emotion from both about life experiences, the horrors of combat, sexual assault, and the positives we can all draw and learn from with those experiences.

1:23.0	He's been awarded a silver star, two bronze stars, a purple heart and has five combat action ribbons.
1:30.0	He was the command master chief of SEAL team 5 and is now currently employed in leading in the Eshelon front leadership courses.
1:41.0	His lovely wife Iris spent her entire childhood off grid, then eight years as a horse wrangler, and then 10 years running in an organic farm thereafter.
