I'm all right, I've not been on for a while, I think, oh it's been, yeah, it's been like months I've done a did the interview

with Shinnade and yeah and I haven't I've not not seen you or spoken to you since then I know and I'm

currently embracing my in a homo which is great I know I saw that all

about is that the impending 5k this weekend well earlier before we start recording you

were taking the Mickey out of me for tapering into a 5k.

Yeah I didn't quite understand that I mean it's only like three miles. Why do you need to take it?

Well I was saying that

Mo Farrarra probably tapers for an Olympic 5,000 meter final and this is probably more important.

So he doesn't have to get a tattoo does he if he loses his Olympic final?

Yeah he gets probably quite a bit more money than you and you probably just like toast or something don't you and then a tattoo.

But are you going to be getting a tattoo?
