So I'm down in pool at a meeting down in today,

so we crashed over at yours and headed out, didn't we for,

we kind of made it up on the fly didn't we I fancied

because of the challenge with Nick the tattoo challenge the famous infamous

tattoo challenge I fancied something wasn't full on crazy but got a sweat on and got a bit of pace going

still recovering a bit from Saturday where I ran really hard and

18-50 now the gap to Nick to two seconds that. That's November done. December's coming, only two Saturdays in December count.
