Justice. Allison graduated from Clemson University with a PhD in plant and environmental science.

During her time at Clemson, Allison taught greenhouse management to undergraduate students,

Allison's dissertation involved investigating the effects of a beneficial micro-rizo-type organism,

sustainable growing can be easy, cost-effective, and produced aesthetically pleasing plants when

done properly. Through research, Allison is elevating the standards of cannabis cultivation,

both indoors and in greenhouse settings. Allison has worked for Outco, a vertically integrated

cannabis company in San Diego

for the past three years. Outco was one of the first companies to integrate LEDs on mobile

racking systems. This decision was backed by rigorous experimentation conducted with Fluence Bioengineering.

Allison has made a recent move from San Diego back to South Carolina where she is focusing on hemp.

Allison is a co-founder of SC Botanicals, a large-scale CBD extraction facility in South Carolina,

and the hemp mine, Allison's 40-acre family hemp farm. Dr. Justice has been appointed to the California

Industrial Hemp Advisory Board through May of 2020.

She was also named one of the 40 under 40 in cannabis by Marijuana Venture Magazine.
