what is today?

October 15th, 2020.

It's been a month since the last show.

And you know, the last few episodes I've been given

like health updates because people keep asking me,

people keep coming through to the streams asking me

what I'm at, where I'm at, all this other stuff.

So since the last podcast has been about a month,

I weighed myself this morning, which by the way,

this is the first time I've weighed myself in a month.

I don't look at the scale anymore.

I am down to 197, 197 pounds.

My starting weight was 233,

technically my starting weight was like 280,

but you know, I plateaued it like 233,
