So, real talk, I was super hungover this morning.

I went out last night with my brother and it was a long overdue catch-up session.

And the night went on way longer than it probably should have. But we had a ball. But I woke up this

morning and I felt like I was hit by a Mack truck. You know that feeling where you're just like,

oh God, it's going to be painful today. I really, really try to avoid being hung over because to me it's one of just the grossest feelings ever. It's like you just feel so, like, soulless. I think that's, like, Ryan describes it like that one. It's like you just feel like your soul has been taken from your body. So I woke up and I went through the motions of, like, the guilt and the shame and like, oh my God,

you know, the one good thing I will say is I did not really eat a lot of junky food, which we can all do from time to time. So I was like, well, at least I didn't go eat pizza at 2 o'clock in the morning. But I just felt like crap. And it's not something that I do often. You know, I love wine. and I love to have a drink from time to time.

But really, like, drinking in excess is not something that I do a lot you know, I love wine. I love to have a drink from time to time, but really like

and kind of wind up where I was at this morning. So I woke up and I realized immediately that I was

starting to feel that sense of guilt and that sense of shame. And I knew I had two choices. I could either snap myself out of it or I could wallow in it. And I knew I didn't want to wallow in it because I knew that wasn't going to serve me. I woke up and I actually looked at myself in the mirror and I said, Kara, how is the guilt serving you?
