James Farwell. He is a global security expert in information warfare, corporate strategic

policy, cybersecurity and cyber strategy. He has advised the US Department of Defense,

US Special Operations Command and the US Strategic Command. I also have to be honest that we

both went to Tulane, we've been personal friends for years. He worked on my congressional

campaigns, starting in 1992 and was a very, very creative guy at advertising and at strategy.
