I'm going to talk about players over the age of 30 that I think are worth owning in Dynasty

formats.

It's a unique topic, but I think it's something it needs to be discussed because when players

approach or eclipse the age of 30 in Dynasty fantasy football, all owners, including myself at times,

tend to devalue them due to a perceived cliff that is anticipated in their overall output.

For this show in particular, I'm going to reveal players, like I said, age 30 or over,

that can still actually provide value significantly to a dynasty roster,

and these are in no particular order.

I do want to have a disclaimer here, though.

This is going to exclude quarterbacks because, as we all know,

quarterbacks can play well into their late 30s, potentially even 40s.

So they are one exception to this rule.

Let's get right to it.

First player is Adrian Peterson.

Yes, he's 31 years old.

He is the running back 111 in PPR. Nobody could have guessed that

coming straight into this season, but ultimately he has missed seven games due to a torn
