you do when you hit plateaus? I've been floating around the same

way for a while, not sure what to change. And I've been seeing this a lot lately where people are

asking or commenting about hitting a plateau. Plateaus just suck. Now, if you hit a plateau,

there's two things that you got to do, at least that I did to get past them. The first is,

you got to stay diligent. You can't, you can't slack. And in fact, when you hit a plateau,

you have to get more diligent. So if you've been like 80% tracking your calories, time to get

100%. That 25 calories extra a day could mean make the difference between just breaking that plateau.

The next thing I would do is start tinkering, which I know sounds counterproductive to what I

just said about being consistent, but you need to tinker intentionally.
