Instagram accounts. It is an absolutely horrific and devastating case, but I wanted to talk about

it. I wanted to get her name out there in case you are unaware and share some of the

information about what we know so far

because it is ongoing and we don't have a lot of information aside from the absolutely

ghastly details but 14 year old emily pike who was a member of the San Carlos Apache tribe,

tragically went missing on January 27th of 2025 from a group home in Mesa, Arizona.

According to sources, this group home specifically serves young girls aged 7 to 17 years old,

and it accepts referrals from the Arizona Department of Child Safety, as well as referrals from tribal social services.

So this group home is currently undergoing some scrutiny with the Arizona Department

of Child Safety. And they have actually opened up a licensing inquiry to determine if

appropriate steps were taking during the incident of Emily disappearing because unfortunately this was not the first time that she

went missing. So according to, oh, go ahead. And I'm glad that they opened that up. I was at first

I was seeing people saying, you know, there have been 30 missing persons reports for this, you know, one specific group home.

But then when you look into it, like four of them were Emily. And then, you know, people do run away

from group homes. It happens. But clearly something went wrong here. There's a protocol.
