April 16th. And I'm joined as basically always by Scott Coleman. Scott, how does it feel to be

covering a baseball team that has the best record in the National League and the longest winning streak,

actively anyway, in all baseball? Yeah, it feels pretty good. This was a great week

for the Braves, even if the two opponents were not necessarily great teams. It's the old Bobby Cox.

You got to take care against the bad teams and then just kind of split and go down the middle

against the good teams. And the Braves absolutely took care of business this

week. Six in a row and a quick note off the top here, the Braves are 12 and 4, which you mentioned,

best record in the National League, but they are 12 and 4. The Braves did not pick up their 12th

win last year until May 4th, and they were 12 and 14 when they got their 12th win.

So clearly a big contrast.

Yes, last year's season started a little bit later than this year's, but nonetheless,

12 and 4 is a terrific start, especially when, as fans know very well,

there have been so many injuries early on.
