Welcome, everyone. This is episode 80 of Prepping 2.0. This is Shelby Gallagher. And so excited. I've wanted to have this guest on for a while

and I'm joined by my co-host in life and on this show as well, Glenn Tate, and he's excited

too. I'm excited too because Joel Scousen is somebody that a lot of our listeners suggested

we have on as a guest.

And then I heard Joel on Matt Shea's show and I said, oh my goodness, this guy would be absolutely terrific for prepping 2.0.

So we have him on the show.

We'll be talking to him and he wrote, I'll give you the quick overview.

He wrote a book, a very, a very popular book on strategic relocation is the title of it,

and it's about places to move, safe places to move and why.

And that's a fascinating topic.

It always is.

Preppers are always interested in that because preppers who are not in ideal geographic locations,

to the extent there is one, are always thinking about, hmm, I wonder if Arkansas might be a good place.

So it's a thing on people's mind.

He's also the author of the weekly newsletter, World Affairs Brief, which is very popular.

And he talks a lot about the threats we face.
