You know, how do you have the right people around you and how are you one of the right people to be around somebody else? You know, having the right coaching staff makes a really, really, really big difference. And you know, I understand it college, you have the opportunity to hire people. Some, some have limited budgets and they can't pay a lot.

Some have multiple assistants. Some have one at the high school level. Sometimes, you know, you have to find somebody that can teach math or teach science or a different subject to make sure you can get them a job inside the school to be able to be a coach.
