much indeed. Our latest guest on soundtracktracking, you may have heard me

talk about this over the last couple of weeks about this film 20 days in Mario Paul, which came

out in cinemas on Friday just past selected cinemas. I know this is going to be a little bit of

an effort for people to see the film and also to, I guess, deal with how you feel post

a film as well. But it's one of those things if you invest in it and you take the time to watch it,

you're doing a lot of good. I'm so grateful that I'm able to talk about 20 days in Mario Paul

on this podcast because our guest has scored this film and it's a film that's

profoundly affected me more than anything I've seen in recent years such as the gravity of the

subject matter. So 20 Days in Mario Paul is it's harrowing but it's also genuinely necessary and

a very important documentary,

charting in quite heart-wrenching fashion, the besieging of the Ukrainian city during the Russian invasion.

So I was lucky enough to speak to composer of the score, Jordan Dykstra, about his music for the film.
