Today's episode is a special episode

with the team members that came out

and participated in the basic course in June just a few weekends ago.

This was the inaugural basic course. We had a plan but we didn't quite understand how powerful

it was actually going to be it was so powerful that I had to open the podcast up to the

individuals, the team members that accomplished that mission. These are leaders within their own lives, within their

own lives, very, very special people that me, Nathan, and Blake were fortunate enough to share life with and to learn

with and to grow with.

So this episode's going to kind of give you an idea of what you can expect from the basic course.

Although every class, every team will be different, every mission will be different because that's nature right we don't know what nature is going to

throw at us and we have to deal with it when we're out there during the basic course. If you haven't heard of the basic

course, it's probably because I don't really advertise for it. There's no advertising campaign for the basic course. It's very small, it's

very private, it's almost sacred to me. And the goal of the basic course if I could sum it up which is nearly

impossible but if I could sum it up in one sentence my goal for the basic

course is to empower every single

individual that invests in themselves that comes out that toes the line to participate in this mission, to empower each and every

one of them and to give each and every one of them, everything that I have.
