to be talking today about momentum and why momentum is so important in

business and what's super interesting about this is like I've gone through a

couple things in business where I didn't realize that I had lost momentum and I

don't think it's I think it's kind of hard to wrap your mind around the idea

of momentum in your business until like you you when you're in it and then

you're like oh this is where things are kind of flowing everything's coming

easy we're just rocking and rolling things are going great and then you and then

if you get out of momentum it feels like everything is a slug it feels like

everything is harder it feels like things that you know used to be super easy

all of a sudden are super clunky and and so what's interesting is that momentum

like builds it you know thinking of it as a snowball the top of a mountain and

as the snowball goes down it gets bigger bigger bigger and so it's super
