Hi folks. How are you? You join me on a Monday morning as I record this to get our latest

episode out into your ears. And I've got to say, I'm feeling sprightly for a Monday morning.

I've been up since like half six. The kids dropped off to school. Getting through my to do

list. The sun is shining. being out for a little walk with

a dog and yeah, cracking on. Today is a good day. I hope it is for you too. And considering I had

quite an interesting end of the week last week. I was up in Manchester at the wonderful Victoria

Warehouse hosting the Great British Pub of the Year Awards. We all love a pub. They need to be celebrated.

They're great places. And just before I did that, I was doing a remote record for what was

supposed to be a future episode of the podcast. However, slight technical issue in that the film

company, no names mentioned, didn't record the conversation.

For the re-release of Stop Making Sense, which is going into cinema,

celebration of the 40th anniversary of the original

Lurice of Jonathan Demme's live music documentary. I mean, it's just a live music. It's the show,

basically, so it's not really a doc. It's more of a kind of, it's the show live, and it's extraordinary.

It's been remastered both visually and audibly. The music has just been done to perfection.

You still get the sense that you're in that room watching them.

It's so brilliantly done.

I found it really emotional.

So unfortunately, I'm not able to share my chat with a band

unless they're able to reschedule the chat.
