This has been, as all of you know, an extraordinary period. We had the State of the Union, which

is usually a big deal in Washington, but was completely overshadowed this year by the

Russian invasion of Ukraine. So we have the challenge of a war going on between Europe's

largest country, Russia, and second largest country, Ukraine. Ukraine is almost the size

of Texas twice the size of California. So it's a pretty big country, 25, 26 million

people. That war is still underway and you can't quite tell right now whether Putin is

looking to negotiate to a solution or whether he wants to actually conquer the whole country,

which if you think about the size of Texas, would be a big project. And I don't know that

the Russians are prepared for that scale of a project. I think he's probably been shaken
