I think it goes without saying that most professional brewers started off making beer in their own homes,

which led to what can only be described as an obsession for the craft that either influenced their career or for some resulted in a fundamental change of careers. While some are happy enough with the hobby of home brewing, it's no secret that a good

portion of home brewers, perhaps even a majority, fantasize about one day going pro. This is the

Breelosophy podcast. I'm your host Marshall Shot. And today I'm joined by a couple local friends

who did exactly this and will be sharing their very unique experience today. Jason Hatwig

brewing over the years, your guys' story is one of the more interesting ones.
