For brewers and lovers of craft beer, it's not uncommon to partake in the consumption of these tasty beverages on a regular, perhaps even daily basis.

A common trope in these circles is that we delight more in the organoleptic

experience than in the stuporous buzz that accompanies such consumption, which is all fine and

dandy, of course, so long as it doesn't negatively impact other areas of our life.

While thoughtful drinking is often encouraged, a growing number of people have begun
