0:24.4	Yeah there was like so much that went into it and it's like kind of a long
0:29.1	convoluted you know history I guess you know the the funny thing about barstool sports is it if you pay
0:36.7	attention to barstool sports it's a wild weird strange you know it's like the
0:42.4	what a long strange trip it's been, like that is Barstal Sports.
0:46.0	But essentially what happened in 2023 was that we sold the company to Penn National or Penn Entertainment.
0:53.6	We completed the acquisition for 550 million.
0:56.9	And during this time, what was becoming really
0:59.4	apparent in sports betting was that the regulatory concerns were really significant.
1:05.4	Sports betting is highly regulated.
1:07.4	It's regulated on a state by state basis.
1:09.8	Barstool's edgy.
1:11.4	It's not made for the regulators. They don't love it. And it was creating, I think, a lot of headaches for pen, which was very, you know, it put pen in a tough situation, which I have a lot of empathy for.
1:22.6	And then on the Barstool side of things,
1:25.2	we were taking this wild, free, very creative,
1:29.4	very exploratory content, commerce, comedy platform and trying to put it into a publicly traded company
