August 28th. And I am joined as I often am by Eric Cole. Hello, sir. How are you?

I'm doing well. I guess I'm doing better than you are at the moment. You're having to,

you know, go back to old locales to record the podcast. So I'm hopeful that everything is at least

turning out a little bit better when you got to do with. Yeah, we don't often start the podcast. So I'm hopeful that everything is at least turning out a little bit better.

What you got to do was. Yeah, we don't often start the podcast with personal anecdotes,

but I basically woke up over the weekend to about an inch and a half, maybe two inches of

standing water in my apartment. And it was not as a result of the weather. It was a what I learned later to be a

water heater calamity. So that was fun. I've been forced out of my podcast studio slash second

bedroom. The carpet is up. All kinds of stuff that's gone wrong. So I'm recording. In fact,

this is sort of a throwback. I am standing up in my closet where i used to record

the podcast and uh this is the best place to record thank god eric this is an audio medium because uh

my living room right now has about three times as much furniture as usual so it's uh it's quite a scene

here at roland manor so that's nice rolling manner yeah afforded with all those podcast dollars that we're raking in.

Apparently so.
