It is Sunday, August the 7th, and a podcast recording is not going to be complete until we go through a lot of different things on this evening.

I'm joined by Scott Coleman and Scott.

It was not the greatest weekend for the Atlanta Braves.

Hey, Brad.

No, it was not.

The week started out pretty well with a win over the Phillies to open up that series.

And then you had a, I think, a strong trade deadline.

But yeah, it was not a good weekend for the Braves in New York.

A lot of baseball left to be played, but I don't think anybody out there is feeling particularly warm and rosy after losing four out of five.

However, we are still here.

And as always, we will dive through the week and try to find some positives.

And also then look ahead too.

And as I said, there's just under two months to go.

So it is not.

I know there was some some fatalism today on social media and on battery power.com.
