Welcome to Race to Deliverr podcast with Vladimir Subject, and this is our episode concerning prayer part two.

As in the previous episode, which I would encourage you to start with and listen to it, we shared about intimacy being the key to discovering your identity.

And then we also shared about God loving our presence more than we love His.

And we shared about us

praying out of the place of the spirit instead of our soul. We talked about going to prayer,

not just to find God, but to be with God. I would like to share with you in continuation of that

about praying through the scriptures in prayer to dedicate time when we pray God's word

back to God. If you track the prayers of apostles in Book of Acts, for example, when

apostles got beaten heavily, they came back and they gathered the church, they prayed together,

and you see them quoting the scriptures, Old Testament scriptures. We see this being a practice of them

to pray the scriptures back to the Father, reminding him of His Word. God wants to be put in remembrance of His Word.

A lot of times we come to prayer and we pray out of our desires, our needs, and our prayer requests.

Nothing wrong with that. The Scripture says, you know, present your request to the Lord,

and then He will give you His peace and etc.

But the best thing that we can do to pray in alignment with God's will is to pray

through His Word. One of the things that I love to do is honestly, let the Lord highlight a

scripture in prayer and then, you know, I'll open that scripture, rehearse that scripture,

and begin to pray that through, milk that scripture in prayer.

This is especially very crucial if you are struggling to feel God's presence.

Now, I understand God's presence is not felt, it's known, God's power is felt, but you know what

I'm talking about.

When you kind of like hit that dry spot in prayer and you're like I'm not getting anything out of it
