honors all of those who have served in our military for our country during times of

war and during times of peace. And of course on Veterans Day

we remember all of our veterans, even those who've paid the ultimate sacrifice.

But it's not to be confused with Memorial Day.

Veterans Day is largely intended to thank our living veterans for their sacrifices.

And today, to help each of us remember Veterans Day, I have a very special guest and yes I know I might say

that about each of my guests but this one really is and truly special to me because I have

my brother Edward who happens to be my favorite veteran joining us and to give us a unique

perspective of Veterans Day. For those who don't know, I have three older brothers and my brother

Edward is the youngest of the three and he pretty much prayed me into existence when he was little so I was the

surprise that came late into my parents life because of his mighty prayer life even at a young age.

Edward went to West Point. He graduated in 2003. So of

course that was right after 9-11 and when he and his friends graduated, they faced careers, which would be defined by war.

And Edward served in eight combat deployments within special operations,

and he recently left his beloved military career to come serve alongside my dad

at Samaritan's purse, which we will touch on later.
