Charlie wears a lot of hats... First, he's a husband to his dream girl, Leigh Ann. And a close second, he is a dad to three pretty awesome kids - Vivian, Finn, and Banks. For work, he's a drug dealer... No seriously, that is what he tells people.
Charlie is a 4th generation family member and VP in their family business (ABC Fine Wine & Spirits), and also an entrepreneur who founded a supplement company (CB Supplements) that specializes in selling multi-sourced collagen protein products.
Charlie Bailes is a professional go-to-bed’er (if that is a word) before 9 PM and he highly values sleep. He also enjoys torturing himself by doing CrossFit on a daily basis.
Charlie loves all things health and would love to talk to anyone about physical training, nutrition, working out, collagen, coffee, life, parenting, business. His mission is to inspire others to act and to help themselves, which he would tell you he most certainly stole from Simon Sinek...
