can't believe i'm actually talking to you guys i've been listened to to you for so long. It's weird to be on this podcast with you. So with that, Jen, what's our first question today?

All right. Our first question is from a current fizzler named Dustin Backey, and his YouTube channel is YouTube.com slash Dustin Bakke.

He has a website that he mentioned is still in progress, but it's called Biomechanics 101.

So he wants to get our take on a couple of course launching strategies.

He's building a digital study course for students taking university-level biomechanics.
