It was probably the lowest point in my life, losing my wife, but I asked myself a very, very powerful question.

If I spend the rest of my life just depressed looking down my feet, who will that serve?

Does it serve me as a person and my future does it serve our children does it even serve Shafia because she always wanted me to be happy. I just decided in her memory to connect with life and boy did I connect in a big way. Everyone has stresses. I think it's what you do with the stress. Stress is not only debilitating,

And this is the outcome we want. This is the job I have to go for and if I don't get it I'm going to get depressed.

This is the person I'm going to marry and this is it.

I think we have to get over this.

We have to get out of our own way and say that sometimes when something doesn't go according to our plan,
