Tom Williams, what have you been up to?

Well Friday 7 Sunday, I was at the annual Park Run

UK Ambassador's Conference, where we bring all the UK ambassadors

from all four corners of the United Kingdom,

together, to one place we came to Leeds this year,

there are about 110 of us.

And we spent three days.

And how was it?

Did you do yourself?

Bring it on. Yeah, really good, isn't it?

I think the key, so it was, I think it was really successful, we're still waiting for the feedback forms to come in but I think it was really successful and actually what we've learned is the fourth annual ambassador conference and what we've learned over the years I think is that actually

people are great in general and people do great things and want to be nice things
