You've known us to always say, if nothing else,

freshly grounded is consistent.

But in the past three weeks, we haven't been,

and it's important to talk about why

Our brothers and sisters in Palestine have been going through barbaric and disastrous

oppression and while unfortunately that's not new the recent events in Gaza have

highlighted it even more. The fact that water and electricity is controlled and

can be locked off at any time the images and videos of Palestinian children scared with a fear that I've never

seen in a face before. These events have made us feel a profound sadness, made me feel profound sadness,

and we know that it's made all of you guys feel like this too.

We didn't want to distract from the crucial efforts and

it meant good that people have been doing on social media to fight this

information war which has been incredible to see, by the way, that the lies being spread are

being exposed.

So we missed a week of filming and then we decided to film an episode and then the very next day the news

came out about the bombing of Al-Aghli Hospital.

It was either the next day or like the night of us recording the episode,

but I saw it the next day.

And with the heartbreak I felt,

I couldn't put myself to put out an episode,

especially an episode of just random conversation.
