Buying homes without interest on payment plans.

Let's start talking about this.

Okay, so you guys will remember that we spoke about

what I see at homes, some time back,

and let's kind of break it down a bit because we've always

get questions about it, and so let's discuss.

If you've been to Dubai before, you'll notice that all the buildings,

they have like logos on the top of them, like

Damak, Danube, which essentially are the names of all of these big property

developers.

What these property for developers do, they will get a plot of land

and they'll say we're building

apartments here and we're gonna start selling them and you can buy them on

interest-free payments you couldn't pay for it over seven years and you can get the

keys in three years like it will be built and then you can carry on paying for it

while he has built independent relationships with these property developers and said

them, hey, love what you're doing.

But we've got a bunch of Muslims in France and obviously through Walsia in English-speaking world

who would love to buy these interest repayment plans and so what Walsia did is Walsia basically worked with them on

building a contract that takes out the late payment fees so there's no late

payment fees and so all of a sudden it becomes a viable option for us to buy
