I've been doing loads of stuff actually I tell you what, first of all, I've been loving the triathlon.

Oh, honestly, he is, he's just, he's one of the greats we've ever had I think in terms of athletes he's got that mentality

he said afterwards he was nowhere near fit enough to do that really and he's just

he's one of those people where you just think he has the

mentality of you're not going to beat me and that's the end of it and I'm going to

do whatever it takes to beat you and there's very few great athletes out there who are that capable.

You just kind of think, you know, come to my hometown in Leeds

and you're just not gonna beat me and that's the end of it.

And his performance, to get away out of T1, have you ever seen a more aggressive, faster, phenomenal move out of T1,

blits the field. But props to his brother, because I don't know if, do you watch brother because I don't know if you do you

watch it might I don't if you did you see no but only on highlights well so you're

seen there if you've seen the highlights you've seen that the him and a couple of

others got away straight out of the swim.
