Hi, everyone. I hope you had an all right week. I think I might just start out this podcast by saying,

I hope you had a better week than me. It's like three weeks in a row of just absolute chaos.

My dad had been kind of yelling at me a little bit, just like you need to not take everything so

seriously into heart. I know your entire

world at work and your life in D.C. is kind of crumbling, but you need to take care of yourself.

And obviously, I have not been doing that. And so I got sick and I thought maybe it was strep because

that's been going around my office and I went

to the doctor and it turns out I have COVID. Well, like they say, third times a charm. So hopefully

this one isn't as bad. I apologize for the sound of my voice. but, you know, I did have COVID when I was recording

with Kelly, and I think my voice is a little bit better in that. So hopefully you guys are

able to get the best version of me from then. But if you notice that I'm having some

trouble with, like, recalling words or saying the wrong things.

That's probably why I get a lot of brain fog when I'm sick, particularly with COVID,

and I keep, like, not being able to find my words to talk. So I do want to chat briefly about

Potomac, Beverly Hills, Salt Lake, and a little bit of Southern Charm, just because

this episode is primarily focused on New York and a little bit of Southern Charm and,

you know, all of that. While I've been sick, I have been kind of binging Southern

Hospitality. My goal is to get caught up in this next week

with where we're at in season three. We'll see where I get to. I also want to start traitors.

But my new motto going into this coming week is going to be wavy baby because I just need to

take a lesson from Grace Lilly. Nothing seems to get to her.
