I haven't been chasing cheese. I tell you what that's something I don't think I

would ever do that race.

Bonkers, but we'll get to that in a bit.

I was at Woodley Park Run on Saturday morning,

had good fun there, really enjoyed it, met a load of mouth and talk listeners.

Team was amazing, really nice morning, Park Run.

Helen and the kids played in the park and had a good time in the sun.

Went to my cousin Ben's wedding in the afternoon which was really nice and the kids

ran around and had a good time and played with bubbles and all those kind of things

Then it was the Westminster mile on Sunday,
