Now let's get to the show. Here's your host, Melanie Mitro. Well, hello everybody. It is Melanie

Mitchro, the host of the Women Inspiring Women Podcast. And we're back. Welcome to a new episode,

a new week. And I, my friends, might be really over the moon excited about what I'm about to share

with you. And it really comes from my own real

life experience. You know, if you're just listening to the podcast for the first time,

I've been on a journey over the last 13 years to launching and scaling, not just one,

but two. And now my third business. And I am a big vision, big picture thinker, but I also am not afraid to

roll up my sleeves and get to work. And that's truly how I was able to build a multi-million

dollar direct sales business from the comfort of my own home while raising my two little boys.

And it might sound pretty, but it was quite messy.

And it took a lot of grit and determination, focus and discipline.

And I know that in this new season that I'm stepping into, I'm really having to go back to
