I always mean to thank you for downloading the podcast at the beginning and then,

I get distracted.

I've got some bit of neurotic thought that I need to express, but I just

wanted to start this week by thank you for downloading it.

We appreciate it immensely.

On to my neurotic thoughts.

So two things that I feel they're quite closely related.

So since we were lassen and room together, I've done a little bit of socialising, I went out

for a meal with my friend Melanie

oh yeah and my wife and I chose the restaurant yeah and I thought the food was very good but I didn't think she was very emphatic at all.

You wanted her to say this is delicious because you felt responsible.

Yes I think if you choose a place, like I've had it before now where I've been out for dinner with somebody they've chosen the place

I'm putting revolting food into my mouth.

But I said oh this is lovely because I want to feel make them feel good about their

choice. I'm worried now that I haven't always I'm I'm paranoid.
